Male and female candidates who have passed Class 10 can apply. The minimum age is 17 years, with no upper age limit.

The program runs for 12 months: one month of professional classroom training followed by 11 months of paid on-the-job training.

Students receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,700, free food and accommodation, plus applicable travel assistance during PAN India OJT.

Eligible candidates who successfully complete the program may receive an employment opportunity with an expected take-home salary starting around ₹15,500 plus applicable benefits and incentives.
